Cheltenham RacecourseCaravan Club Site
This is a great site located at one of the world’s great venues. The site itself is located around the “Best Mate” stand both on hard standing and grass. The views of the racecourse from most of the pitches are outstanding.
The site has approx. 80 pitches in total all with the possibility of electric hook up.
The site is ideally located for exploring the whole of this beautiful part of the county. It stands on the western fringes of the Cotswold hills and is ideal for those wishing to explore Cheltenham as the Park and Ride is right next door.
Check for race dates as it is my understanding that the site is closed on these dates.
Nearby you will find Tewkesbury Abbey, Gloucester City and Cathedral as well as many other great attractions well worth a visit. Whilst we were there we chose to visit the fantastic Sudeley Castle, at Winchcombe, steeped in history and the final resting place of Catherine Parr the last wife of Henry the 8th .
